The Center for Individual & Family Therapy (CIFT) is a Christian counseling nonprofit that’s been serving Orange County and L.A.’s South Bay for over 35 years. They offer individual, couples, family, and group therapy, along with specialized support for pastors, churches, and ministry leaders, both in person at five locations and via telehealth across California.

With more than 50 experienced therapists and a wide range of specialties, they focus on compassionate, clinically grounded care that integrates faith when desired. Their goal is to create a safe, welcoming space where people can process pain, strengthen relationships, and move toward hope and healing.
